Which GPR frequency should I choose?

The choice depends on your application:

• 900 MHz: Best for shallow, high-resolution scanning (0-3m depth) - ideal for concrete inspection, rebar detection
• 400 MHz: Balanced performance for versatile applications (0-8m depth) - utility detection, archaeology
• 100 MHz: Deep penetration for geological surveys (0-20m+ depth) - mining, foundation analysis

What is the difference between your SDR platforms?

Our SDR platforms vary in channel count (2T2R, 4T4R, 8T8R), frequency range, sampling rate, and processing capabilities. All feature RF direct sampling and ultra-wideband support. We can recommend the optimal configuration based on your application requirements (radar, communications, research, etc.).

Are your RF modules compatible with third-party systems?

Yes, our RF modules are designed with standard interfaces and can be integrated into most RF systems. We provide detailed integration guides, schematics, and technical support. For OEM applications, we can customize interfaces to match your existing architecture.

Do your products come with software?

Yes, all our systems include comprehensive software packages for data acquisition, processing, and visualization. We also provide SDKs for custom development, with support for MATLAB, Python, C++, and common frameworks (ROS, GNU Radio, etc.).

What is the warranty period?

Standard warranty is 12 months from delivery for hardware defects and workmanship. Extended warranty options (24-36 months) are available. Software updates and bug fixes are provided free of charge during the warranty period.

What technical support do you provide?

We offer comprehensive technical support including email support (response within 24 hours), phone support during business hours (CET), remote assistance, on-site support (for larger projects), firmware updates, and access to our knowledge base and technical documentation.

Do you provide repair services?

Yes, we provide repair and calibration services for all our products. Turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks. We also offer preventive maintenance contracts for critical applications requiring maximum uptime.

What is included in your NDT inspection service?

Our NDT service includes on-site GPR scanning, real-time data quality verification, post-processing and analysis, detailed technical reports with interpretation, CAD drawings (when applicable), and recommendations for remediation or further investigation.

How does your radar system development service work?

We follow a structured process: requirements gathering, feasibility study, system architecture design, prototype development, testing and validation, documentation, and delivery. You receive full IP rights and source code for custom developments.

Can you integrate AI into our existing systems?

Yes, we specialize in retrofitting existing systems with AI capabilities. This includes adding computer vision to inspection systems, predictive maintenance algorithms to industrial equipment, or autonomous navigation to mobile robots.

Do you work with research institutions?

Standard terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% before shipment. For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments. We accept bank transfers and for established customers, we offer NET30 payment terms.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Our primary markets are Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. All products are carefully packaged and insured during transit. We handle all export documentation and can arrange customs clearance if needed.

Do you have distributors or resellers?
