Computer Vision
We deploy custom-trained YOLO models (v8/v9) for real-time object detection. Applications include defect detection on production lines, vehicle and pedestrian counting for traffic analysis, license plate recognition (ANPR), and PPE compliance monitoring. YOLOv8-L achieves 53.9% mAP on COCO at 165 FPS on NVIDIA A100. Our custom models achieve 85-98% precision on domain-specific datasets.
Edge AI Deployment
We optimize and deploy AI models on edge hardware for real-time inference without cloud dependency. Our pipeline includes model quantization (FP32 to INT8), TensorRT optimization for NVIDIA platforms, and OpenVINO for Intel. We support Jetson Orin NX processing 4 camera streams at 30 FPS each, with 15ms latency per frame, consuming only 15W.
